Description

Participate in our speed and strength program aimed at enhancing athletic performance for junior / high school athletes. Develop strength, power, and agility with our structured training sessions. 

What We Do:

  • Agility Drills: Improve quickness and reaction time for better on-ice movement.

  • Core Stability: Build a strong core to support powerful, explosive movements.

  • Endurance Training: Boost stamina to maintain high performance throughout the game.

  • Mobility & Flexibility: Enhance range of motion to reduce injury and improve performance.

  • Balance & Coordination: Develop better control and stability during dynamic movements.

  • Injury Prevention: Focus on exercises to reduce the risk of injury during high-intensity play.
